When you book, we collect the name, email address, company name (optional), and phone number (if you choose a phone call) you enter, the notes you add, the time you chose and your time zone, and the booking's status (scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled). When you contact us by email or phone, we collect the personally identifiable information (PII) you provide. This information is used to schedule and hold the consultation and to communicate with you about it.
We also record the details you choose to share about your organization and the application you want to discuss so that we can prepare for the consultation. This information is used only to provide the services you request and to communicate with you about them.
If you engage Legacy to Modern LLC for a Legacy Software Assessment or a modernization project, the source code, database schemas, configuration, logs, and related materials you provide are not treated as website data. They are received and handled under a written statement of work and the controls described on our Compliance page, and they are never used for marketing.

Methods of Information Collection
Legacy to Modern LLC collects personal information in three ways: through the booking form on this website, when you schedule a consultation; by email, when you write to us; and by phone, when you call us. This website has no newsletter sign-up or user accounts.
The information we hold is limited to what you enter into the scheduling form and what you share in the course of our correspondence and conversations. All information collected is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Information Sharing Practices
Legacy to Modern LLC is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that process it on our behalf in the course of operating this website and scheduling consultations: Cloudflare, which hosts this website, stores booking records in Cloudflare D1 in the United States, verifies the booking form with Cloudflare Turnstile, and provides cookieless web analytics; and Google Workspace, which places the consultation on our calendar, creates the Google Meet link when you choose a video call, and sends the calendar invitation to the email address you gave. Each provider processes personal information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose personal information where required by law or legal process.
Booking Records and Retention
Each booking is stored as a record containing the details above, the time you chose, and the booking's status. Consultations held on Google Meet are recorded and transcribed by Google Meet, and the recording, transcript, and any generated notes are stored in our Google Workspace account under the same retention as other engagement notes; you can decline recording by choosing a phone call or telling us at the start of the meeting. The confirmation email and the reschedule and cancel links it contains carry a private token; anyone with the link can view or change that booking, so please do not forward it.
Booking records are kept for 24 months after the meeting date so that we can refer back to earlier conversations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete a booking record sooner at any time by emailing business@legacytomodern.com. Cancelling a booking removes the calendar event and marks the record cancelled.
